Option 1: Delete it in the app
The fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately.
- Open 7fish and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap your name at the top to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Option 2: Email us
Can't get into the app, or prefer to ask a human? Email us from the address associated with your 7fish account, and we'll delete it for you.
We may ask you to confirm your request to make sure it really came from you. We aim to complete email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Every story and saga generated for you
- Your vocabulary, reading progress, streaks, and reef
We may keep limited records when the law requires it, for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren't charged again.
This can't be undone
Once your account is deleted, your stories and progress are gone for good. If you come back later, you're welcome to start a brand new reef.
